how do you describe this kind of friendship behaviour and how do you deal with it .............!!!?

Long story short Recently I have met with this long time college friend that i haven't seen for couple of years......But we were really close friends but lost contact over the years because she traveled to a different country to continue her education...

However years has passed and i haven't heard anything about her Suddenly one day i get a surprise phone call from her after 5 years on my number in which she managed to get from common friend so we met and she kept saying on how much i have changed and that i look so pretty and not that pimple face that she used to see in college anyway i was really happy to hear from her again .....and she was telling me how long she has been trying to contact me and stuff .....

So she asked me if i could come and visit the country that she is staying now ...so i thought it will be nice to meet again and we will go out and have fun like a vacation .....after a month or so i bought my own ticket from my own money ...and i traveled when i arrived there she didn't pick me from the airport that was the first shock so i took a taxi and when i arrived she was apologizing and saying ooh i really forgot to pick you ...and the airport is 15 minutes away from her house...

I didn't care much however all her friends where really happy whenever they meet up with me and that seemed to really upset her she never wanted to take me out for sightseeing or even go out with me seemed really pissed that im getting all the attention ...and when i ask her to go out she tells me she is tired and not in the mood .....She never showed any kind of hospitality whatsoever...and gave me a stinky blanket when i arrived ...funny...!!! so i decided to go back but than her roommate i met there and she was telling me that it's not fare the way she treating her guest and she would really like me to stay because i payed money like 500 dollars for my ticket and said to forget about her so i stayed and we really had fun for 2 weeks we live in the same house she never asked about me treated me like a stranger than after few days she sends me a message saying that she thinks i sould leave because she only invited for 2 days although she never said so .when she called me she said why don't stay for a month or two ...than got into a fight with her roommate obviously jealous of her ...big drama so i decided to leave since i don't need this drama ....!!! she didn't even say goodbye to me all of this for no reason whatsoever ..............!!!!
after i came back she sends this lonnnng email saying that i used her laptop once and i should pay her 20 dollars for the 2 hours i spent on the net ....!!!moreover criticizing my clothes my style even my make up saying i look vulgar and all her friends thinks that im a Bi**tch and more shoking stuff ....!!!
justifiying that she is not jealous of me if iam ever thinking of her that way..!!!!....because of the way she acted and i should look in the mirror because im so ugly and more horrible stuff ....!!!
at first i really didn't want to reply because of the trashy words than i just told that if she is not really jealous why is she bothered to justify her self .......!!! and she can go F***ck her self ....!!!

Now every time she meets with my common friends she keeps telling them oooh she came to me and i kicked her out of my house adding horrible rumors and lieas about me saying i only spent my time clubbing drinking and sleeping with man ......wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Necertheless sorry for the long story but what is the best way to deal with this and the rumors she makes about me ......!!!and why she invited me from the first place if she hates me that much....!!

I have vacation in 2 weeks and would like to trim off some fat in my thighs and work on my abs. But I don't know what I should eat, or what exercises I should be doing.

So... umm this shy girl i thought suddenly changed?(10 points BA!)?

Soo i liked this shy girl.. Long story im gonna make this short.. There are signs she had liked me.. but shy to talk to me in school but talkative on facebook.. but i've ALWAYS initiated.. Coming back from vacation and i haven't talked to her. I sat in front of the class in the middle and she sat in front of the class on the right.. She started staring at me.. At first i thought i was imagining things but then i got curious. So i looked straight at her and she was looking right back! normally before she would look away.. but she looked back at me and i maintained my gaze for like 6 seconds before looking away.. After during another class, she did the same thing but I was too shy and only maintained eye contact for a few seconds.. What should I do? Should i maintain eye contact? im scared if i do, it'll be kinda awkward.. would she like it if i looked back at her? Before i thought she was shy and she use to always turn away..

In 1997 or 1998 I read a book that I can't remember the name of or who the author is...
It was about a woman while on vacation in the UK was visiting a stone henge and got some how transported back in time to medieval era where there was a castle and the British and Scottish were at war. She met a man and I think his name may have been Jamie (not sure) she was a nurse. She met another woman at the end who had also been sent back to the same time through the henge...the man she met was in a prison at one point....
If this sounds at all familiar please let me know... oh and I think the cover of the book had some type of kilt or tartan material on it sitting on some old stones, the type a castle would be built from..

The purpose of life is to function. If you can take a breath then you have accomplished something. Everything else (people, clothes, food, water, video games, jobs, vacations, romance, toys, cars, movies, music) is just extra stuff we don't need. At a minimum a person can only survive seconds (maybe a minute at most) without oxygen, but can survive days without water and months without food and a life time without communication with anybody. So all we need is air. That's all it takes to live as in bodily function. The rest of that living the life stuff is just extra giving into your desires based on what the media tells you to think you need to be happy (dating, entertainment, vacations, money, etc). So all anybody needs is air. You breathe until you can't breathe anymore and then you die or sleep and all is peaceful and silent.

Is baggage claim secured at the Charles de Gaulle airport?

I am meeting my friend at the Charles de Gaulle airport in France next week. We're taking a vacation together, but we have different flights. I want to meet her at the gate when she arrives, but I am arriving an hour before she is.

Can I pick up my baggage and then return to the arrival gates to meet my friend? In other words, do I have to leave the secure area to get my baggage? I want to pick up my baggage right away, but also to return to the arrival gate.

Thanks Andrew R, that's what I wanted to know. My friend and intuition told me the same thing. I would think that the baggage claims in Charles de Gaulle are very far apart (there are many different terminals) but I am not sure. My friend and I are going to meet outside the airport.

Looking for a great vacation spot in Arizona or nearby?

My husband and I having been having alot of arguements and haven't been getting along all that well. Married for 4 years. Have two beautiful boys, ages 3 and 1. We have decided to work on it! We love eachother but can't seem to agree on anything or get along. So, we though it would be nice to get away for a couple days 2 to 3 days most. We live in Arizona, but are having a problem picking out a nice place to go and relax and just spend with eachother ALONE (without kids).
