I am in college but will not be done until age 26. I have a 5 year old child. I live at home with my mom and 22 year old brother. I make $150 (a month) through freelance work. I am only 23 and this life is getting to me.

Our apartment is under a section 8 voucher so if no one works in the home we only have to pay $1 for rent. Heat is included. The only thing that we have to pay for is the any phone or cable service and lights.

I have been looking for work since last year. I cannot believe how hard of a time I am having getting a job.

How do I get out of this rut? I can see myself treading down the same path as my mother, she is 52 and gets a check for $1,000 a month. She only seems to have money once a month and spends her days in front of the television and computer sipping on beer and scratching tickets. I love her but I don't want my life to be like that.

My daughter will be starting kindergarten soon so I have a couple of hours to get some things done and fix our situation. My daughter does not suffer or starve. She is well fed, has nice clothes, and plenty of toys. It is me who is underfed, owns 4 pair of jeans with holes in all of 3 of them.

I am pursing a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Health. Aside from looking for ordinary jobs at restaurants and retail stores, I am looking for jobs in the media field.

So im gonna have a huge party were i invite popular people from my high school and some of my other friends that don't go to my high school. I am a Chinese from a Chinese community, from those not familiar with the chinese community, I will explain more, old chinese housewives, usually aged 45-65, not all but many like to talk in groups gossiping during exercise or after going to the market, now someone made a horrible slander that I am a drug addict and it is no where to the truth, in my society, some people like to say people with long hair is drug addict, I thought hair is a natural thing and God created humans so nothing wrong with long hair in my opinion. To say I am a drug addict is a slander, I don't mind if people say I may be a drug addict, so one day this housewife asked my mom, is your son a drug addict because someone said he is. Big difference, may be one and IS ONE, If anything, I am 31 now and still single and is still a virgin and when I am stressed, I don't drink or do drugs, I do drink but once a bluemoon and if I do drink usually no more than one can of beer. Secondly I usually meet my friends for a drink(non alcoholic drink) and maybe my neighbour saw me leaving like 11pm -1 am. But that's my life and as said, I am a virgin and I didn't do anything illegal, and I like driving at night, less traffic= less stress, why must people bother with my life and put out terrible slanders, since I am a Christian, from a Christian point of view, slander is a serious sin, from a non christian view, slander is also very bad. Psychology proves that if a lie is repeated many times, it will be assumed as a fact, so how do I deal with a situation when people pass on slanders that is not true?
BK, i didn't talk about revenge, but to protect myself and my reputation.

I once saw a beer ad on tv, where they ate the glass of a glass of beer. It looked really tasty, so I tried it with some broken glass from a glass cup and I got addicted to the crunching feeling between my teeth and the slight metallic sandy taste. Sometimes I cut my lips and tongue but its worth it! :)

This is normal right? theres no need to see a doctor or anything right? because I don't have any side effects and i crunch the pieces as small as I can so it won't cut my throat or stomach!
